Dear UCD4IDS members,

I hope this email finds you and your loved ones well. I just would like to announce the following news.
After Dr. Abhishek Roy (Stat) and Dr. Chao Wang (ECE/CS) left their postdoc positions this June, a new postdoc, Dr. Xueheng Shi (Stat) joined us in September.
Xueheng completed his Ph.D. in mathematics at Clemson University in summer 2020, and did his postdoc at UC Santa Cruz before his arrival here. His research interests include: time series analysis, changepoint analysis (structural change detection), high-dimensional data and machine learning.
